I would like to feel confident that the management of wildlife in Ontario is adequately studied and cull (killing animals that have been attracted deliberately to “bait” such as doughnuts and sweet cereals, should never be referred to as HUNTING) limits are monitored and supported with solid evidence. Proposal to define and or alter cull time periods and numbers should be clearly justified.
