The regulations of Bill 108 should contain wording abolishing the need for Master Park Agreements by community land owners of Master Planned Communities. It appears to me that the new formulas for calculating Development Charges and Parkland Dedication are now straight forward, therefore the additional expense and red tape associated with them should be eliminated.
All Municipalities and Land Owner Groups should no longer be allowed to act outside of this new Legislation!
I also believe that these Regs should be implemented immediately so that the savings can be passed onto the homeowners now.
