As a resident in the neighborhood directly north of this plant (I can see the Chem plants on Coronation drive when walking down my street), this deeply concerns me, and I am flabbergasted that this was even a consideration to propose a waste disposal site right next to residential houses. I have a young family and am really worried about how these emissions are going to hurt our health (plus all the added heavy duty truck traffic to the area, and smell of the site). I also feel our house values will drop because of this and we won’t even be able to move if it comes to that. Not to mention the wildlife in this area- I love my neighborhood because I see many different birds, deer, etc. in the area, and fear this would do damage to their health as well. We CANNOT let this come to pass in our neighborhood. I am pleading with our government to put an end to this!!
