This proposal is not appropriate for this site. The site proposal is in a residential area and the pollution and traffic caused is not acceptable. Given the pollution this proposal will cause in the area it should be denied. Residents do not want to damage their health with the pollution created. The area is not designed to have large trucks travelling on local roads 24/7 nor is the noise these trucks produce acceptable in the residential streets they will use.
