As a resident in the area with two children who attend school here, the proposal appears to be very scant on details about the negative impacts on the area in terms of traffic, noise, and pollution (to name three issues). It is also unclear who stands to benefit from this proposal and how. It is very worrying that this proposal can be given serious consideration.

I recognize the NIMBY perceptions of opposition, but it seems inconceivable that any government would approve this kind of a plant knowing that proper transportation infrastructure is not in place to support it. A constant, unrelenting stream of industrial vehicles traveling through residential neighbourhoods seems ill-conceived at best.I urge you to reconsider.
