3.14.1. This doesn't look right. 100mm dia is too large for a residential forcemain? I would consider a sump pump or grinder to be "pump discharge line" not a forcemain.
Let's remove the reference to grinder pumps inside homes. They are a very rare exception, and the Ministry will likely want to look at those designs themselves.

4.1.2, typo, "systems".

After 4.1.3. add another bullet: "If a new sewer is proposed in a separated sewer system that will eventually be a combined system downstream, the proponent must provide flow monitoring evidence that the new infrastructure is leak-acceptable.

5.1.4: typo first sentence. insert "the" before recent... Remove comma after "designed"

5.1.5. remove first clause, "In the design of a conveyance drainage system". I'm not sure what this clause is trying to cover. We mentioned IDF curves above, and looking to adjacent municipalities. We can't use "weather" for an IDF curve, it's a long term number.

Table 4: as previous, Manning's n for PVC pipe should be updated.

Table 5: Are storm and sani MH separation distances different? (table 5 doesn't match what was included for sani).

1.1.5.: remove last part of first sentence, remove "Including printed copies... and digital files." This is unnecessary.

Since OPSS/OPSD require testing of storm sewer (per PVC manufacturer's guidelines), we can't change that here.

1.1.6: typo "recorded"

2.1.3. The clause suggests that any one of these will suffice, which I don't think is the intent. Perhaps add, "may include a combination of"...

2.1.4. "the" sewer pipe.
