I support this proposal. I am a licensed falconer who has not been successful in the lottery in the past. I currently have 3 captive bred birds. I would be very glad to see the lottery gone and know that I would have the ability to trap, hunt with, and later release a wild bird. I am also glad to see Northern Goshawks added to the proposal. This is a species that I aspire to hunt with one day and is a species that can be difficult to acquire from breeders.
