From my perspective , the traffic study is flawed:
1. The study does not consider the size of the vehicles - ie regular passenger car vs solid waste collection truck / tractor trailer !!
2. A traffic study is irrelevant when you are using historical data that is 6 years old.
We hope the City can reconsider this project given the number of large vehicles, as well as smell, noise and other factors.
