While I do not decry falconry where it provides a beneficial service, I would like to urge you to reconsider adding Northern Goshawk to the list of approved species. Evidence (Breeding Bird Atlas) and personal experience in birding over the last 40 years shows the species is in decline. Removing wild breeding birds from their habitats can only exacerbate their existential struggle, and of course, negatively affect other species down the food chain.
