If you look at "management requirements" you will see that producers are required to meet a very low percentage of recovery for plastic (lower than for any of the other materials) Plastic recovery should be a priority!
Extended producer responsibility only includes producers that make over $2 million in sales. How will residents will recycle materials for t items i that are manufactured by producers with less than $2 million in sales?
