This will undo all the good work of many groups trying to make a better Ontario. It will allow just the kinds of bad development that years of work have prevented. Current restructuring of the zoning proces has already given the provincial government too much zoning power and they have used it to over run local rules to build non-conforming (but developer friendly) structures. This will make it even easier to pillage the communities and natural resources of Ontario.
