As an Architectural Technologist, I want to see projects proceed in a timely manner, but this change is frankly outrageous and an insult to communities across the province. If one can't be bothered to consult with the public, nor experts, decades of good planning or even align with PPS's leads reasonable people to conclude this proposal is at best a political pay back to monied interests. At worst, this proposal is an exercise in turning the clock back on Canadian democracy. Please reconsider this wrong headed move.
