I support the expansion of the green belt. Among the values of the green belt are:

1. Provides an outer boundary for urban development, thereby resulting in densification which is both economically and environmentally more efficient
2. Preserves natural landscape, near to urban areas, for the benefit of wildlife and the enjoyment of residents

Given these two values, I particularly support the inclusion and expansion of urban river valleys in the green belt planning.

Finally, the integrity and protection of the green belt is essentially. There should be NO processes for subverting the intention of this preservation. Specifically, MZOs should be eliminated.
