It is unacceptable to log/cut down forests for biomass. Canada cannot meet our climate targets if we continue to burn wood and use biomass, let alone expand the industry. Biomass is not a clean energy alternative. More focus should be placed into cleaner renewable energies that will not continue to put carbon into the atmosphere, not expanding the biomass industry in Canada. I oppose this plan.
