Where is the scientific input in this policy?
* We need to remove carbon from the atmosphere.
* Trees sequester or store carbon.
* Creation of wood pellets, apart from the deleterious effects of cutting down the trees, is an energy
intensive process, thereby creating more carbon.
* Burning the wood pellets then creates even more carbon.
