Bill 109 will do nothing for affordable housing and will take away the rights of average citizens in proposed developments that directly impact on the communities they live in.
Premier Ford has not sought consultation with communities and believes that he and his "advisors" (contractors) have the right to do what they think is best for the citizens of Ontario by taking away the rights of these very citizens in determining what is best for their communities.
It is ripe that the bill is called "More Homes for Everyone Act", perhaps the Reeducation Act was already taken by the communist party.
Premier Ford believes he knows best, and the communities, those of us that live there, work there, raise families and lets not forget, pay taxes and VOTE don't have a clue what's best for them, so we need Doug Ford to tell us, guide us and remedy what ails us.

We are witnessing what autocrats do and the carnage they leave in their wake.
