Capping a prospector day rate at $350 a day is not fair, especially for performing work types other than grassroots exploration. All grassroots exploration expenses should be awarded at a rate of 100% to assessment credit. The independent prospectors are the boots and eyes on the ground for finding the needed critical minerals/elements. Grassroots exploration should be encouraged and not encumbered.
