I believe most of these areas are over populated in regards to infrastructure capacity. Many of these areas were already built up and over extended, as a result, you can not move through these areas without severe gridlock. Gridlock that comes from over population and roads that were built for small communities. We see it in Ancaster, Paris, grimsby, Binbrook, starting in beamsville and many many other areas.
All the concerns for carbon, environment and reducing emissions yet you are contributing to these problems by over building as well as removing much needed green space that filters the air. How many trees are levelled? Replanting will not replace those forests for at least 20 years and even then, I don’t believe it is a tree for tree replant.
Also how do we just take away designated green space? When and where does it end?
