Implementation and utilization of Cap and Trade has demonstrated a positive impact on our environment.
The major users and emitters of carbon gases pay for their use while moving toward reduction in consumption.
The fees that are paid by them are used in environmentally positive initiatives such as retrofitting old public buildings to make them more environmentally efficient. Win win!
I do not support the cancellation of the Cap and Trade initiative.
