This is a plan with little to no factual research behind it. It is destructive to the environment and will not result in significant positive impacts to the crisis it seeks to rectify. Municipalities are coming out against the plan because it is not based on evidence, it is based on emotion. It will cost a great deal of money for taxpayers as growth will not be funded by growth, it will damage communities and will harm future generations. It must be halted. Our government needs to go back to the drawing board and create a plan based on solid research and facts - the current plan must not be allowed to proceed in it's current form.
