Farms that give us food security:

In our Greenbelt we have land that are in hardiness zone 7a and 6a/b, these zones are found very few other places in this country and they allow us to grow fruits and vegetables we need to maintain proper nutrition. With rising fuel costs, droughts, supply chain break down, and political instability across the globe, it is dire that we in Ontario and Canada can grow the food to feed ourselves. Protect our Greenbelt = Protect Farms= Food Security = National Security

Wetlands that protect water:

Filter run off and reduces E.coli outbreaks, absorb storm surges and prevent flooding of our towns. Filter water to give us clean drinking water, clean fish to eat, and a place for wild life to live that we can hunt. Protect our Greenbelt = Protect our wet lands = Protect our towns = protect our beaches = protect our drinking water = protect our game

Places to Explore:

The greenbelt is wild, natural, and rugged, it is a place where children can grow and learn to be versatile problem solvers, educate themselves and exercise their bodies. These places are in public control and the idea is to give that up and this control we will never regain. The Greenbelt is our future and needs to available to our children so they can grow strong. We need green spaces close to cities; we need them to accessible to Ontarians. Protect our Greenbelt = Raise our Children= Protect our Future.

Do not amend the Greenbelt Policy or Change Conservation Laws our future depends on it.
