Canada has more than enough populated space to house our population. There are swathes of unusued land in the GTA, GVA, and every where in between. We do not need to demolish our countrys beauty. Broaden zoning laws, eliminate any and all mandatory minimum parking requirement. Introduce more low carbon and carbon neutral transportation at affordable prices. Demolish empty malls and desolate strip malls. Anything and everything except ruining our greenspace.
