There is ample land within our municipalities and outside of the Greenbelt that can be developed. We do not require more land, we require legislation to ensure more dense, land-effective and walk able housing is built. The missing-middle is a real problem in our housing stock in southern Ontario. Enabling more in-fill and mid-rise development should first be prioritized before building on the Greenbelt.
