The only ethical action the government can take is to reduce carbon emissions and maintain policies in accordance with the Paris Climate Accord. All the money in the world isn't going to undo the permanent, fatal destruction of the climate we need to live in. Therefore, the only way forward is to make it financially unfeasible to emit fossil fuels. DO NOT pass Bill 4.

The environment is the most important matter in human existence and any reasonable person should be able to see that not acting on climate change--or acting in a way that makes climate change accelerate--is deplorable. Please do the right thing!
