Firstly you should not build on protected greenbelt. Secondly you should not be just building single family homes that no one can afford. There should be a mixture of options for families, singles and seniors. Next you should not just place thousands of homes far from jobs as this will just flood the highways even more. Full communities with their own jobs , housing options, including subsidized and co-ops are needed. This is what was promised for Seaton and it hasn't happened. People need to work where they live and not be commuting for hours. Farm land and wetlands need to be protected. Climate change is not going away.
