Once again, Doug Ford has lied to the people of Ontario when he said, before the election, that he would leave the Greenbelt alone. (And there is space enough to build housing without touching the Greenbelt.) But Bill 23 jeopardizes affordable homes, cuts funding to municipalities, permits urban sprawl, and undercuts Conservation Authorities, all to benefit already wealthy developers.

With the looming environmental catastrophe, we can't afford more projects like this.
