Please DO NOT remove any lands from the Greenbelt for development. Money should be spent into building vertically (buildings and complexes with stores and medical facilities on the ground floors) and conserving the green space.
We don't need more houses, we just need people to not own 2+ houses! Increase taxes on multiple properties, have legislated rent control and crack down on empty houses being used for short-term rentals and foreign investment.
