Whether you care about the environment or not, truth is that green energy movement is upon us. We can either go backwards and ignore this trend or we can jump on board and take advantage of the huge economic opportunity for Ontario. Cap and Trade not only helped us meet the Paris Agreement but it also created 1000’s of well paid jobs in green energy. I personally know of buinessss that have been hurt by the canceling of Cap and Trade.
We are also better off ending oil company subsidies, that there can save Ontario money instead of cancelling Cap and Trade.
Please, put a price on pollution and create new jobs, let’s make Ontario the green energy leader.
