While I support the Cap and Trade program, Ontario needs to do more. Cancelling the program seems to be a mistake especially when no clear alternatives are presented. The government must do more to address the effects of climate change. There needs to be a price on pollution, making polluters pay for their emissions and returning the revenues to the people so they can lower their carbon footprint and take additional actions.
