I am not in agreement with this proposal. I have been an Ontario resident all my life and don't believe that tearing down parts of the Greenbelt will solve any of our housing problems. In fact, it will create a new set of problems. To truly solve the housing crisis, the Province should focus on land in existing urban areas that are close to transit and services people want and then focus on the 88,000 acres of land in the GTHA that are already designated for development. Leave the Greenbelt alone!
