There is no excuse to pay…

There is no excuse to pay over prime farm land to build single family homes.
There are plenty of opportunities in the province for intensification of existing housing stock that could be undertaken to avoid additional urban sprawl. Urban sprawl that requires additional highways for travel, additional roads and sewers, and encourages the use of individual cars rather than walking, cycling or bussing.
There is a better way and Ford must take that path and honor his commitment not to touch the greenbelt. A commitment that no doubt helped him get elected!
The Ontario people are watching and waiting for the Ontario government to keep their promises and to do the right thing.
