We are destroying this earth…

We are destroying this earth at a tremendous rate.
We have to find a way to become “greener” to give back so that our grandchildren will have a world to live. Yes, I understand our population is growing, but if we don’t have clean air, water and earth to live on, what kind of a life will they have?
Instead of building the land outwards, why not build upwards? Take empty factories and renovate them for condos and rental apartments? Add a few floors to accommodate more people?
I as a voter say NO to removing and destroying the green belt
