I think the overtaking of…

I think the overtaking of the Greenbelt is quite worrying. The Greenbelt was created to preserve land that has ECOLOGICAL FUNCTION. This land preserves clean drinking water, and wetlands that naturally filter this water, not to mention the trees that provide us with oxygen and filter out pollutants.

The proposed developments are NOT multi use neighborhoods, with condensed AFFORDABLE housing, and practical transit. I have no interest in seeing valuable land replaced with 1 million dollar house suburbs that are of no use to me, and 90% of the Ontario population.

Please preserve this land. I am exhausted by seeing Doug Fords friends continue to shovel money into their incompetent companies and I won't stand for them destroying greenspace to do it.
