I grew up near and around the Greenbelt. Do NOT permit development of any kind on it. This is the exact opposite action for what we need to do as a species. Developing the green belt is another nail in our coffin (the environment, humanity, organic life).
Please, please, I am actually willing to beg for you not to do this. Please don't. Leave it. This is beyond unethical.
