The Government must fully compensate all investors for their losses and expenses as a result of the cancellation of The Cap and Trade and any other programs (eg: The German windmill project $100 Million in the Picton area) that currently exist. Failure to do so will result in investors shunning the Province, which Mr Ford has declared "Open for Business". Investors have participated in good faith and unless fully compensated will not be dumb enough to come back and be cheated again. As the saying goes "Fool me once, shame on you; Fool me twice shame on me"
