I think we should continue doing Emission test
For at least a year or two till we r sure most of the old cars are either working fine or removed from Ontario's Roads
Since vehicles in Ontario can't get two consecutive conditional pass
So in my openion we should not roll back this system for now because no owner of old car will fix it voluntarily,
And only HC can only be seen with naked eye CO and NOX we can't see
