The Biglieri Group Ltd. (“TBG”) represents the owner of the lands municipally known as 8156 Yonge Street in the Town of Innisfil (“Subject Site”). The attached letter has been prepared to provide commentary on County of Simcoe OPA 7 (MCR Phase 1 Growth Management) as well as to support a formal request for the Subject Site to be considered for inclusion in the resultant Settlement Area Boundary Expansion in the County of Simcoe and Town on Innisfil.
