The Council for the Township of Oro-Medonte, having considered your letter dated December 12, 2022 inviting comments with respect to the County of Simcoe’s Official Plan Amendment Number 7 to implement the Land Needs Assessment Study (LNA) as part of their Municipal Comprehensive Review, adopted the following motion on January 25, 2023 that all of the Settlement Area boundary adjustment requests be reviewed and considered comprehensively in context to the Minister’s letter and requests additional time to comprehensively review and assess potential Settlement Area boundary delineations.
