I believe that floating accommodations should be heavily regulated. They should be limited to where and when they can anchor and for how long. I feel that the regulations should go even further, such as, not allowing them to anchor within 50 or a hundred feet of a private property as well as public beaches. Where there is Crown land they could anchor closer to land.
