Repealing an effective climate change program is foolhardy and quite simply at this late moment in human history, murderous. There is NO climate change plan that does not involve the taxpayer. This Cap and Trade program cannot be replaced with a climate plan that is free to the taxpayer, so I can only assume you have no climate change plan at all since your complaint about this one is the cost to tax paying people in Ontario. Get real, Conservatives. You have a responsibility for the lives of people in this province and around the globe. Instead of playing politics, show leadership.
