I do not support this proposal. Recreational waterways should continue to be accessible by everyone. Banning anchorages within 300 feet of private property is essentially giving exclusive entitlement to land owners when waterways are public domain. Boaters and cottages should share the waterways responsibly, respectfully, peacefully.
