please don’t over regulate boating. It is not camping. Boating is our heritage and waterways are our rightful assets. 300 meters from development is nonsense. This amendment favours rich land owners.
It is also potentially dangerous as safe harbours are often close to land developed or not. Do not go the way of the States where the rich believes they own the water in front of their homes. Boaters are clean, nothing in the water, They are also green Sailboats especially. Additionally the waterways freeze so problem boats must leave. The season is short.
I have sailed, great lakes to The West Indies boaters and boating add hugely to the fabric of nations. Encouraging boating should be your focus.
