this is very good suggestion by NEC staff members .this will allow to grow for agriculture related uses in the area for community economic revival . unfortunately the lot creation are not allowed in the big parcels are limitation for growing farmer family , which force them to keep away family away. also this will be detrimental to the farmers for prices of the farmer land compare to the non NEC land area which is just few meters away form the boundary which is having no clue to understand the injustices to the NEC farmers.
