I would support the transfer of existing T and T areas to new operators due to the issues raised, age of licensee etc. I do not support the application for new T and T areas. It is quite possible that the drop from 60 to 24 T and T areas now, is an accurate reflection of what is needed and sustainable. Quite possibly, those that dropped off were not up to par, not able to or willing to comply with standards.
