While I'm not hugely supportive of cap and trade, we still need to have a climate policy. I am concerned that there is no replacement policy ready before the old policy is trashed. Personally, I think it makes good economic sense to increase the price of things you don't want people to do, and people should be financially encouraged to emit less carbon dioxide and other pollutants.
