Wow. Disgusting. Again the government is considering allowing even more animal abuse than Ontario already allows to be committed against animals. It is NOT fair that rabbits, etc., are mauled to death by dogs. It is not their choice to participate in this monstrous 'training'. You should not even be considering allowing this torture to be committed against so many innocent animals. How you treat the most vulnerable indicates your true personality.
