I am very disappointed in the ongoing province- sanctioned animal cruelty and the fact that animal rights and well-being were not mentioned at all in this proposal.
I urge the provincial decision-makers to do the right thing and phase out these training grounds as initially planned with no license transfers and no new licenses.
