This is a terrible act, how dare the government put Ontario citizens and our environment in dire danger!

The government has a duty to protect it's citizens and that protection includes the protection of the environment. This act does not protect, it smacks of denial. Now is the time for the government to be decisive and proactive to mitigate climate change. People & corporations can no longer rest on their laurels making money at the expense of the environment.

Repairing pollution cost all citizens. Polluting should not be free, polluters should pay for the damage they cause. If they don't want to pay then they shouldn't pollute.

This act should not be passed, it is disappointing that it was even raised. Shame on the government.
