1) Government makes a decision to slowly deconstruct facilities to train hunting dogs with live prey.
2) Decades later there is a proposition to reopen these facilities.
3) Against all logic, the government doesn't shut down this stupid suggestion, rather ask the public their opinion.
Seems about right....
I'm both an animal owner and a hunter. I would never risk my dog, nor torture a hunted animal purely for my benefit.
