Why can we never move forwards? At long last an antiquated, unnecessary and cruel business can be phased out or more fittingly be immediately stopped. It's time to do the right thing and buy the remaining licenses - businesses out.
It is inhumane, amoral and certainly unnecessary. We are no longer in the 1800s or even 1900s. More is known today about animal behaviour and socializing, shrinking habitat, population growth, a violent society etc etc. For any one of these reasons plus many more this proposal should be immediately scrapped. If it was viewed as inappropriate in 1997, with our knowledge today, how can it possibly even be considered?
Therefore, I'm asking the government to immediately reject the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry’s proposal to allow new licenses and the transfer of licenses for train and trial areas in Ontario.
